会员预订规则Member Reservation Rules:
为有效保障会员的权益，规范开球时间管理，请会员遵循球会规则，并请提前预订，准时开球。
In order to protect the rights and interests of members effectively, please follow the golf rules and make a reservation in advance, and start the games on time.
1、预约
Reservation
1、会员须提前1至10天预订打球时间，未预定者而临时前来打球者仍需向预订部办理预定手续（预定上午6：00至9：00时段开球者将优先安排下场）
1、Members have to book a T-time between 2-10days in advance. Those members who did not book T-time in advance still have to make a reserve booking. ( Members who booked T-time between 6:00am-9:00am will have priority to start the game.)

由会员在会所预订部办理预订。

Online reservation
Members can make a reservation through the official website of the golf club.

选择浏览模式 普通窗口或者全屏窗口—→服务中心—→网上预定—→填写打球预定信息—→点提交即可完成网上预定
Choose the Browse patten ｗith window mode or full screen mode—→ service centre —→ Online reservation —→ fill in the reservation form below —→ click “submit” and just finish the reservation.
3、每位会员下场前需出示会员卡，如会员不在场之会员嘉宾以访客收费。
Each members have to show their membership card before the game.
Member guests without accompany with member would be charged as visitor.
4、预定时间及规则
球会给与选手的T-Time为发球台开球时间，因此预定的选手需于开球前15分钟到达出发台等候安排下场。如未按时到达，出发台有权另行安排出发时间或不安排下场。其他详细规则请阅览《球场须知》。
A tee time is the time designated to a group of players of when they should hit their opening tee shot. Each player must take 15 minutes in advance wait at starter. If you miss this, The club have rights to make other arrangement or not to arrange the tee-time for the late player. Other detailed of rules please view the Golf Guide.

注：*预约未到场且无任何形式通知球会则被视为预约缺席。
No presence for the reservation and without any notification to the golf club will be deemed as absence.
*缺席或预约取消的相关收费由预约会员承担。
The charges resulting from absence or cancellation of the reservation will be borne by the reserved member.
*会员在3个月内累计有3次预约缺席记录者，除收取相应缺席费用外，将被暂停预约权一个月处理。
Accumulating to 3 times absence records within 3 months, members will be charged and suspended the reservation rights for a month.
*球会预约接待部门将记录预约取消和缺席会员名单，同时知会球会财务部门和会员。
The reception department will record the reservation cancellations and absence members, meanwhile notification will be sent to financial department and members. |
二、特别事项
Special items
对于预约缺席或延误取消的会员，球会仅对以下特殊情形给予免收费用：
Members who are absent or make a late cancellation, will be treated in accordance with the following special circumstances to grant the waiver of costs associated with:
1、 恶劣天气： 本地3号或以上风球同时相关政府部门发布黑色暴雨警告；
1. Bad weather: The local Typhoon Signal No.3 or more serious Typhoon, as well as government departments declaring a Rainstorm Black Warning;
2、 会员提供合理理由并及时以传真或电邮的书面申请至球会会员服务部。
2. Members shall provide a reasonable reason and make a written application in time by fax or e-mail to members service Department.
